AFP Ramps Up Efforts To Support Neomi Rao Confirmation to DC Circuit Court

ARLINGTON, Va. – Today Americans for Prosperity (AFP) announced it will be ramping up its ongoing digital and grassroots efforts in support of the nomination of Neomi Rao to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in advance of the Senate Judiciary Committee vote to move her through the confirmation process.

Americans for Prosperity President Tim Phillips had this to say:

“Neomi Rao is fair, impartial, extremely qualified and has our full support. The D.C. Circuit Court is one of the most significant judicial appointments outside of the Supreme Court, and we will be aggressively mobilizing our grassroots to urge every senator to confirm her.”

Background:

Neomi Rao is the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. She has previously clerked for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and Judge J. Harvie Wilkinson on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
