AFP Praises State Lawmakers for Expanding Telemedicine in Virginia

Richmond, Va. – Americans for Prosperity-Virginia issued the following statement after Governor Northam signed into law HB 1332, a bill introduced by Delegate Kilgore, expanding telemedicine in the Commonwealth.

AFP-VA State Director JC Hernandez issued the following statement:

“Virginia is a national leader when it comes to adopting technological innovations that are positively transforming healthcare. With HB1332’s passage – more positive change is coming. This bill is a bold step forward in embracing technologies that reduce the physical and financial barriers Virginians encounter seeking care.  We are thankful to our tireless activists, Delegate Kilgore, and the unanimous support of the General Assembly and Governor.”
