—Sierra Heitkamp tapped to mobilize in Fargo—
Fargo, ND—Americans for Prosperity-North Dakota (AFP-ND) today announced the hiring of North Dakota activist Sierra Heitkamp to the role of Grassroots Engagement Director. Sierra, a South East North Dakota native, is currently completing a dual degree in Agriculture Economics and Political Science at North Dakota State University. Sierra distinguished herself as a community mobilizer during a 2019 run for North Dakota’s 21st State Senate District. In her new role, Sierra will focus on building relationships within the community and broad coalitions to help more North Dakotans to rise to their full potential. She will be located in AFP’s Fargo office.
AFP-ND State Director Mike Fedorchak issued the following statement:
“We are thrilled to have Sierra Heitkamp join our team and look forward to her work to increase AFP’s footprint across North Dakota. Sierra will help lead our Fargo office and she is well positioned to drive action on our mission of breaking barriers for all North Dakotans.”
“I’m excited to join a principled organization that works to improve the lives of all North Dakotans. I look forward to expanding the great work Americans for Prosperity already does across our state.”
