AFP Encouraged by Swift Action on Educational Freedom

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Following a press conference lead by Senate Education Committee Chairman Manny Diaz announcing the creation of an Education Scholarship Account program, Americans for Prosperity-Florida (AFP-FL) issued the following statement:

“Governor DeSantis outlined a barrier breaking vision for educational freedom in Florida – including the creation of Education Scholarship Accounts. We’re encouraged that Chairmen Diaz and the Senate are already taking action to make that vision a reality,” said AFP-FL State Director Skylar Zander. “Today’s announcement is a vital first step to ensuring that every child in Florida is able to access the education that fits their unique needs.”
