SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Americans for Prosperity-Utah (AFP-UT) endorsed Utah Senate President J. Stuart Adams on Tuesday to continue serving in the 7th Senate District.
Adams’ endorsement by AFP-UT marks the 15th endorsement by the state’s largest grassroots advocacy organization this year – the largest effort of its kind in Utah history.
Kevin Greene, AFP-UT state director, gave the following statement:
“Sen. Adams is a champion for individual liberty in Utah who has led some of the most important policy victories in our state’s history, including major reductions of the state income tax and the Utah Fits All school choice program.
“We look forward to continuing to partner with Sen. Adams in delivering transformational policies to eliminate arbitrary government rules and regulations that interfere with Utahns’ everyday lives.”
