Concord, NH – Americans for Prosperity-New Hampshire (AFP-NH) highlighted a new report from the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) showing New Hampshire as the fastest-growing economy in the Northeast and among the fastest-growing in the nation.
The report reinforces that New Hampshire’s low taxes, limited government, and pro-growth policies are working for the Granite State.
Sarah Scott, AFP-NH Deputy State Director, released the following statement:
“New Hampshire’s economic success is a direct result of policies that prioritize economic freedom and opportunity, and the BEA report confirms this. While other states in the Northeast continue to pursue measures like a millionaire’s tax and heavier regulation, New Hampshire is proving that our policies are supporting growth, more opportunity, and better outcomes for families—including recent decisions to reject burdensome measures like the paint tax and other proposals that would have made our state less competitive.
“The results should serve as a roadmap for our neighbors in the Northeast who grapple with high costs and outbound migration. New Hampshire is proving that smart, pro-growth policies deliver real results, and the Granite State is well-positioned to build on this momentum. AFP-NH will continue our work to ensure the Granite State remains a model for growth and opportunity where all can thrive.”
