AFP-OH Welcomes President Trump to Ohio for Economic, Health Care Speech

READING, OH – Americans for Prosperity-Ohio (AFP-OH) welcomed President Donald Trump to Ohio today ahead of his speech highlighting the work of his administration to lower living and health care costs for Ohio families.

Donovan O’Neil, AFP-OH State Director, gave the following statement:

“We’re grateful for the Trump administration’s continued dedication to making life more affordable for hardworking Ohioans through the Working Families Tax Cut and a renewed focus on lowering health care costs by giving power back to patients. President Trump is right to urge Republicans to deliver real health care reform after years of big-government solutions that have only driven costs higher.

“As part of AFP Affordability Agenda, we are working with legislative leaders in Columbus and in Washington — including Senator Bernie Moreno and Senator Jon Husted — to advance reforms that expand affordable health care options, increase price transparency, and empower patients to choose the providers that best meet their needs.
