In Nevada, uniting behind principles is proving the way to change politics
Watch as Americans for Prosperity-Nevada’s grassroots engagement director, Wiz Rouzard, explains how AFP-Nevada has brought members of the Las Vegas community together to unite behind principles to change politics and drive major reforms that are changing peoples’ lives.
Rouzard shares the story of Louis Koorndyk, who partnered with AFP-Nevada to overturn burdensome regulations on short-term rentals. You’ll also hear from LaNiqua McCloud, who, through AFP, found an outlet for her passions and is now teaching fellow volunteers about criminal justice reform and economic issues.
These changes were brought about by people from diverse backgrounds and different political persuasions rejecting partisanship to come together and solve the toughest challenges facing their communities.
