WASHINGTON — Last week, ahead of and after President Trump’s annual State of the Union, Americans for Prosperity-Montana (AFP-MT) State Director and former Missoula city councilman Jesse Ramos joined Aaron Flint for a special edition of Montana Talks live from the nation’s capital.
During their time in Washington, D.C., Ramos and Flint co-hosted the radio show from the Cannon Caucus Room inside the U.S. House Cannon Office Building on Capitol Hill and from the Eisenhower Executive Office Building at the White House. The two spoke directly with members of Congress and Trump administration officials about the issues most important to Montanans — including permitting reform, health care policy, reigniting the American Dream, and unleashing American energy abundance.

Additionally, Ramos and Flint interviewed the following members of Congress:
“I’m grateful to AFP for the opportunity to bring Montana’s perspective into conversations happening at the highest levels of government alongside Aaron Flint, the best to ever do it in Montana,” said AFP-MT State Director Jesse Ramos. “Montana’s energy producers, workers, and communities should not be sidelined by federal overreach. If we’re serious about growth, affordability, and national security, it starts with developing our own resources and getting Washington out of the way.”
