Americans for Prosperity-Indiana Commends House for Fiscal Responsibility, Passing HB 1002
Indianapolis, IN – Americans for Prosperity – Indiana (AFP-IN) thanked members of the State House of Representatives last Thursday for passing HB 1002. This bill will provide Hoosiers with much needed tax relief and will create a strong economic environment coming out of the pandemic.
The grassroots group is also running a digital campaign, thanking lawmakers who supported this tax cut package.
Indiana State Director Josh Webb issued the following statement:
“AFP-IN thanks the House for taking bold action to return more dollars to the pockets of Hoosier taxpayers. With a projected budget surplus of over $5 billion, Indiana has never been in a better position to cut taxes. That’s why we are calling on the Indiana State Senate to pass HB 1002 and provide Hoosiers with much needed tax relief.”
AFP-IN is committed to removing barriers for taxpayers by ensuring that hard-working Hoosiers reap the total rewards of their successes and can live out their version of the American Dream.
