Americans for Prosperity Celebrates School Choice Week, Calls on Maine to Support Educational Freedom

Augusta, Maine — Today, Americans for Prosperity (AFP) released the following statement in support of National School Choice Week.

AFP Northeast Region Director Ross Connolly said:

“Too many parents across the Pine Tree State are limited in their options when it comes to choosing the best education option for their child. This week, during National School Choice Week, Americans for Prosperity reaffirms that every Maine student deserves access to an education that fits their unique needs. We encourage lawmakers to support policies that empower parents, spark innovation, and ensure that taxpayer dollars are used to support children in an environment that best fits their needs.”
