CHARLESTON, W.Va.—Americans for Prosperity-West Virginia has released two video ads to help citizens galvanize their voices around two major legislative priorities: cutting personal income taxes and defending school choice by expanding the Hope Scholarship.

This five-figure digital ad buy will run statewide and offer citizens the ability to conveniently contact their lawmakers directly about these crucial issues. This comes on the heels of grassroots events held across the state, including an Activist Lobby Day at the statehouse, focusing on these top priorities for the organization.

AFP-WV State Director Jason Huffman released the following statement:

“West Virginians have been very clear that they want to see bold solutions from Charleston, not politics as usual or kowtowing to far-left special interests. Instead of more wasteful government spending, West Virginians deserve income tax relief, and to move even closer to zero income tax burden. Our families deserve more school choice options, not attempts to kick kids out of the Hope Scholarship from politicians who arrogantly think they know better than parents. We are empowering folks to ask their lawmakers to stand up for our shared West Virginia values.”
