SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Americans for Prosperity-Utah (AFP-UT) released its 2025 legislative scorecard today to keep Utah lawmakers accountable for their decisions on the most important policy issues in this year’s legislative session.

After outlining its ambitious “Prosperity Elevated” 2025 policy agenda, AFP-UT staff and activists maintained a constant presence in members districts and in the state capitol to advocate for freedom-oriented policies that will improve hardworking Utahns’ lives and increase prosperity. Each year, AFP-UT releases its legislative scorecard to ensure transparency in the legislative process and lawmakers’ accountability to their constituents.

AFP-UT State Director Kevin Greene gave the following statement:

“2025 was an outstanding year for our state, which saw the passage of key reforms that will grow our economy, improve educational outcomes, and prevent regulatory overreach. We’re grateful to our principled policy champions, new and old, who consistently voted in favor of commonsense solutions.

“As the state’s premier grassroots organization, we don’t just write wish lists for policies we want to see enacted – we back it up with our army of grassroots activists and volunteers from every corner of Utah. The liberty movement is on the march in Utah and we’re excited to see what we can accomplish in 2026.”
