Dec 9, 2024 by AFP

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania—Today Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania (AFP-PA) announced that Nick Kerin will take on the role of Deputy State Director for the grassroots group.

He joins AFP-PA State Director Emily Greene in leading Americans for Prosperity’s Pennsylvania chapter.

Kerin first joined AFP-PA in February as Director of Grassroots Operations where he oversaw the chapter’s grassroots efforts to knock over one million doors in a record-breaking 2024 election cycle. Before joining AFP-PA, Kerin worked in Harrisburg advising and aiding multiple members of the General Assembly. Nick is a graduate of Geneva College and received his master’s degree from Harvard University.

He will take on AFP-PA’s legislative efforts under the dome in Harrisburg, working with lawmakers to advance sound policy that will reignite the American Dream by lowering the cost of living, increasing opportunity, and empowering Pennsylvanians through better education, health care, and economic policy.

Emily Greene issued the following statement:

“No one is more deserving of this promotion than Nick. His tireless effort over the past year has resulted in an amazing year for the chapter, the state—and the country! I’m excited he has agreed to take on a greater role with AFP-PA and help us increase our footprint in Harrisburg and work on policies that will improve life for Pennsylvanians across the Commonwealth.”

Kerin added:

“I’m so grateful to AFP for the faith it has placed in me as I take on this new role. I love this state that I call home and I’m ready to hit the ground running on making it a better place to live, work, and raise a family.”
