Grassroots teams connect with voters to highlight policies that strengthen Ohio families and communities
COLUMBUS, OH – As part of Americans for Prosperity’s National Day of Action, volunteers with Americans for Prosperity-Ohio (AFP-OH) hit doors across the state this weekend, making more than 2,500 direct voter contact attempts and engaging their neighbors in conversations about the policies and leaders making a difference for Ohio families.
Ohioans are noticing real progress thanks to leaders who are getting it done. Senator Jon Husted and Senator Bernie Moreno have helped lock in the Working Families Tax Cut, unleash American energy abundance, and strengthen border security to keep communities safe and prosperous.
AFP-OH State Director Donovan O’Neil released the following statement:
“This weekend, our volunteers were out in force, talking with their neighbors about how pro-growth policies are improving lives right here in Ohio. From locking in the Working Families Tax Cut to unleashing American energy and securing our borders, leaders like Senators Jon Husted and Bernie Moreno are delivering real results.
“Every door, every conversation, and every county matters. Ohioans are seeing that principled leadership works, and they appreciate those who are getting it done for our families and communities.”
Across the Buckeye State, AFP-Ohio’s grassroots teams met with residents to share how commonsense reforms are helping reduce costs, grow opportunity, and make Ohio a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
