Americans for Prosperity has published a how-to pocket guide for building up Congress to help restore the legislature to its proper role. As America struggles through the longest government shutdown in U.S. history due to Congress’ inability to do its most basic function, this booklet could not come at a more critical time.  

On the eve of America’s 250th anniversary and in the wake of the Supreme Court overturning the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine and reasserting Congress’ exclusive authority to make laws under Article I of the Constitution, this pocket guide sets forth the key objectives and solutions that can revive Congress.
