Daniel Bassali is the Vice President of Public Affairs at Americans for Prosperity, where he leads integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen the organization’s brand reputation and advance public policy campaigns nationwide.
Before joining AFP, Daniel worked at a leading public affairs firm, where he advised some of the nation’s largest trade associations and Fortune 100 companies on strategic communications and digital advocacy. He also brings extensive experience from working on—and advising—dozens of political campaigns, developing expertise in message strategy, campaign execution, and grassroots mobilization.
Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and an MBA from William & Mary. He and his wife, Addalaide, live on Capitol Hill, where they spend most of their time chasing after their son, Wilson, and their dog, Banjo.
