In Abilene, right in the middle of Texas, Natura Resources and Abilene Christian University are working together to build one of the most advanced nuclear facilities in the nation — a modular molten salt reactor that could advance clean, reliable power.

Rep. August Pfluger (R-Texas) toured the site this week with AFP’s Road to Prosperity Tour.
He described the project as “innovation that keeps America exceptional.”
Pfluger believes that as China rapidly expands its nuclear capacity, the United States must stay ahead through bold research, responsible development, and by cutting through unnecessary red tape that slows progress.
