Andrew Gilstrap is a policy analyst at Americans for Prosperity, where he focuses on energy, technology, and financial services policy, as well as the administrative state. Before joining Americans for Prosperity, Andrew served in multiple legislative roles in the U.S. House and Senate. He holds degrees in Finance and International Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
