Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin Backs Daniel Kelly in Wisconsin Supreme Court Race

MADISON, Wis. – Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin (AFP-WI) today announced its endorsement for former Justice Dan Kelly in his bid to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

The grassroots group will use a variety of tactics to reach voters and highlight Kelly’s qualifications as an independent-minded judge who will defend the Constitution, interpret the law as written, and protect Wisconsinite’s freedoms.

AFP-WI State Director Eric Bott issued the following statement:

“Justice Dan Kelly’s long track record of impartiality and commitment to upholding the Constitution makes him an exceptional addition to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Kelly will serve Wisconsinites well by applying the law as written, prioritizing public safety, and not legislating from the bench. We look forward to connecting with voters in support of Justice Kelly ahead of April’s general election.”
