Here is a pdf link for an updated scoring rubric for AFP Arizona's 2010 Legislative Scorecard, as of February 22nd:

As you can see, legislators who voted to refer the Brewer Tax to the May 18 ballot will have to vote for a lot of great pro-taxpayer policies in order to salvage their scores and not end up in "Friend of Big Government" territory.

Crying "Wolf!"Check out this one-page summary pdf we have posted, showing the total appropriated and non-appropriated funds for five big state government programs: AHCCCS (Medicaid), K-12 Education, Health Services, Economic Security, and Universities. With the exception of K-12 education in FY 2009, none of those departments have actually seen any funding cuts at the state level. And K-12 "suffered" a much-needed reduction of three percent in FY 2009.
Kudos to Al M., Tony W., Tom C., and the other Sierra Vista stalwarts who got out the message and tanked the SV override. Given the performance of other overrides statewide, it's clear that your grassroots efforts made the difference!
