Americans for Prosperity Applauds U.S. Representative Greg Walden
-Signs No Climate Tax Pledge-
SalemThe Oregon chapter of the grassroots free market group Americans for Prosperity (AFP-OR) today applauded U.S. Representative Greg Walden (2nd District) for signing the group’s “No Climate Tax Pledge.” Walden joins more than 575 bipartisan lawmakers and candidates pledging to “oppose legislation relating to climate change that includes a net increase in government revenue.”

From the State Director - President Obama returns to Oregon this coming Friday, and AFP Members from across the state need to be there to greet him. Details are sketchy, but the President's trip appears to be a visit to an Intel plant in Hillsboro.
