Recently, House Bill 308, Admission Ticket Reform Act, was filed in the North Carolina House of Representatives. This bill, however, does not actually reform the sale of concert and sporting event tickets at all. It simply supports ticket scalpers, leaving the average fan unprotected.

The House Rules Committee approved House Bill 845 Monday night. This bill is an excellent annexation reform bill and gives property owners a true voice as to whether they wish to be annexed.
