Id like to comment on the new proposed Utility MACT regulations. Ill start with a question. How much will $10 billion buy us? Thats the cost the government predicts for implementing these MACT regs. Some in private industry say the cost may reach $100 billion.
But lets back up first to the things we all agree on. What do we want? Dont we all aspire to be like the childhood rhyme healthy, wealthy, and wise?
