AFP California Condemns Supreme Court Prison Ruling



“This situation was caused by prioritizing special interests above the safety of law-abiding citizens.”

Grassroots taxpayer advocacy organization Americans for Prosperity California condemned the Supreme Court ruling in Brown v. Plata, which compels California to release some 46,000 inmates from state prisons.

The California Teachers Association and their Union friends are ONCE AGAIN using “the children” in their plot to raise taxes before reforming pensions and government waste.

At a rally this week in Sacramento, their rally cry was for more income and gas taxes. In spite of California’s spending addiction, the teachers unions’ mantra is, “California isn’t spending enough!”

Tell the Teacher’s Unions, “Enough is Enough!”
