AFP Reacts to the Inauguration of Gov. Sherrill, Urges Action to Make New Jersey Affordable

TRENTON, NJ – Today, Americans for Prosperity (AFP) released the following statement following the Inauguration of New Jersey’s 57th Governor, Mikie Sherrill.

AFP Northeast Region Director Ross Connolly said:

“Governor Sherrill ran a campaign centered around affordability, promising to get New Jersey back on track. As she takes the oath of office, the Governor has the opportunity to turn the page and deliver real relief for New Jersey families. We urge Governor Sherrill to work on meaningful solutions that will rein in the inflated state budget, lower taxes, and reduce burdensome regulations to restore affordability to make New Jersey a place where all can work, live, and thrive.”
