New Orleans, LA – Americans for Prosperity-Louisiana (AFP-LA) presented Congresswoman Julia Letlow with the “Pioneers for Prosperity” award, recognizing her leadership in Congress in advancing policies that put Louisiana taxpayers first.

The award recognizes outstanding legislators who turn free-market ideas from the grassroots into policy. Award consideration looked beyond voting records to an official’s year-round presence and engagement with constituents in the state. Congresswoman Letlow has consistently voted to curb federal overreach and has championed efforts that will ultimately benefit Louisiana’s families, workers, and small businesses.

AFP-LA State Director Scott Simon released the following statement:

“Congresswoman Letlow embodies what the ‘Pioneers for Prosperity’ award stands for. She has been a strong voice for Louisiana in Washington, backing policies that let families and small businesses keep more of their hard-earned money, and she engages with the communities she represents across Louisiana. AFP-LA is proud to honor her with this award.”
