AFP Cheers Passage of Volunteer Way Agenda Slate of Grassroots Bills Wins Support of Tennessee Lawmakers

NASHVILLE – The Tennessee House of Representatives passed two bills strongly supporting by Americans for Prosperity, the state’s premier grassroots organization with over 46,000 volunteers across Tennessee. Two bills passed with bipartisan support.
AFP-TN State Director, Tori Venable released the following statement:
“We are elated to see so many of the policies our grassroots volunteers and coalition have worked on come up for passage. We thank the legislators, sponsors, and policy champions who’ve worked with us to enact the Volunteer Way agenda. By ridding Tennessee of Certificate of Need laws that hurt our sick and limit access to healthcare, to gutting burdensome red tape and regulations- the Volunteer State is delivering for its people!”
