NESBIT, MS – On Tuesday, Americans for Prosperity—Mississippi (AFP-MS) and Mississippi’s 20th District Rep. Rodney Hall hosted a discussion about what’s next for the upcoming 2026 legislative session.
During the event, State Rep. Hall took stock of the recent accomplishments in education policy and discussed future strategies for increasing educational freedom and opportunities in K-12 schools. He also discussed workforce development and strengthening the state’s Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS), including first responders, while solving Mississippi’s long-term funding and debt problems.
AFP-MS State Director Starla Brown released the following statement:
