State Senator Rob McColley to Talk About His Key Bill, Need to Prioritize Due Process in Ohio

TOLEDO, O.H. – Americans for Prosperity-Ohio (AFP-OH) announced that the grassroots group will cohost an event on Thursday, October 21, 2021 with University of Findlay’s Justice Sciences Department in the Winebrenner building, where State Senator Rob McColley will lead a discussion on his pretrial reform bill (SB 182).

The conversation will highlight how this critical piece of legislation could fix our criminal justice system by bringing more meaning to the premise that every individual is innocent until proven guilty. The event will be open to community members and RSVPed media for the discussion. Sen. McColley and AFP spokespeople will be available for comment and interview onsite.
