Every step of the way in the implementation of Obamacare there has been chaos, confusion, incompetence and mismanagement. This is what happens when a massive federal bureaucracy ventures far outside its core responsibilities.
No extension or delay will fix the law. What we need is a patient-centered system. We need a system that provides better health to more people at a lower cost on a continuous basis.
