Create a revolving door of partisan policies that fluctuate as often as the US Senate switches hands, making it virtually impossible for everyday Americans and businesses to keep up.
Shut down debate and short circuit the robust give and take needed to craft durable laws that benefit all Americans.
Make it easier to enact major partisan overhauls of bedrock American institutions like the US Supreme Court.
Instead of eliminating the filibuster, as my elected officials I want you to come together to draft durable legislation that can garner widespread support and unleash opportunity for every American.
For these reasons, I demand that you REJECT any attempt to end the filibuster and make policymaking in Washington, DC even more partisan and toxic.
