AFP-South Carolina Endorses Jason Shamis for House District 38, Names Him as a ‘Promising Conservative Leader’
COLUMBIA, SC—Today, Americans for Prosperity-South Carolina (AFP-SC) announced its support of Jason Shamis to serve residents of House District 38.
With more than a dozen state endorsements this cycle, AFP-SC says in the coming days the organization’s grassroots army will include Shamis in their door-to-door advocacy, educating voters on his values and background.
In addition, AFP-SC will utilize digital ads as well as mail to engage voters in support of Shamis ahead of the primary election.
AFP-SC State Director, Candace Carroll, released the following statement:
“We’re confident that Jason will drive policies forward that put South Carolina families, not government, first. AFP-SC commends Jason’s willingness to serve whether it’s our nation through the Air Force and Reserve or his community as councilman and mayor; his leadership and coalition abilities will benefit residents of District 38.
“Jason knows what it takes to run a successful small business and will ensure that our state is run successfully through conservative balanced budgets, cutting taxes, and limiting the scope of government regulations so South Carolinians can live and work more freely.”
