AFP-PA to Casey: “You’re Working Hard to Obscure Your Voting Record”
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania—Today Senator Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) joined President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for a Labor Day rally.
Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania State Director Emily Greene issued the following statement:
“As he’s virtue-signaling to big union bosses, Bob Casey certainly is working hard this Labor Day—working hard to obscure his voting record. The Keystone State’s senior senator cannot reconcile his votes—which are in lockstep with the Biden-Harris Administration—with the cost of living crisis hurting Pennsylvanians.
“As bad as his record is, it can get worse: Casey has promised to support the ‘Protecting the Right to Organize’ or PRO Act should it come to the floor. This would further erode worker freedom, keep costs high, and reduce opportunities for those who need flexible work. What Pennsylvania needs is a Senator who can stand by his voting record and put Pennsylvanians—not party—first.”
