EPA Making A Play For Your Land?

Last week, the focus in Atlanta was on the overreaching proposed EPA regulations for power plants to shut down the use of coal as an electricity source in the United States. The rule-making by the EPA is contrary to the separation of powers doctrine in the Constitution. In a word, the EPA’s actions are unconstitutional.

That’s not all the EPA has been up to. Below is a link to a letter sent to the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers regarding an attempt to redefine a section of the Clean Water Act. It attempts to expand the power of the EPA and would allow them to regulate MORE private land. Below is a letter from Georgia Congressman Doug Collins (R-GA 9), of Gainesville, requesting that the EPA and the Corps abandon their attempt to expand their powers.
