Virginia’s Regulatory Reform Bill Is a Gamechanger

After being signed into law by Gov. Ralph Northam in March of 2018, House Bill 883 created a pilot program to reduce regulations in both the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and the Department of Criminal Justice Services by 25 percent by 2021.
