Americans for Prosperity Releases Radio Ad on Paycheck Protection

Harrisburg, PA — Americans for Prosperity-Pennsylvania is releasing a radio ad today aimed at revealing the special exemptions currently enjoyed by public sector unions in Pennsylvania.  The Spot, titled, “Shocked”, details West Chester County school teacher Robin’s surprise to the news that her union dues are being used to fund political activities without her approval.

“Robin said it best when she said, ‘We should have a choice in where our tax dollars are used,’” said Anna McCauslin, Director of Policy with Americans for Prosperity Pennsylvania.  “This is about fairness and justice.  As Robin’s reaction shows the special exemptions that public employee unions enjoy are out of control.  That is why we are urging everyone to go to and sign our petition asking their legislators to step up and pass Paycheck Protection now.”
