HARRISBURG – Americans for Prosperity Pennsylvania will host a rally Thursday to call attention to the latest power grab efforts from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The rally will take place outside an EPA public hearing to discuss their latest proposal to cut carbon dioxide emissions from coal- and gas-fired power plants across the United States.
“If approved these new plans from President Obama’s EPA will have a negative impact on job creation and energy costs in Pennsylvania,” said Beth Anne Mumford, State Director of Americans for Prosperity Pennsylvania. “We encourage everyone in the area to attend and make their voices heard on this latest power grab from the EPA.”
