AFP-TN Reacts to EPA Proposal: Stop Assault on Affordable Energy

Jun 3, 2014 by AFP

NASHVILLE — The Tennessee chapter of Americans for Prosperity is opposed to new proposed rules for existing power plants announced by the Obama administration on Monday.

Tennessee State Director Andrew Ogles had the following to say:

“Tennessee has had it with the Obama administration’s relentless attacks on cheap, affordable energy. We need it to power our homes and businesses, and we shouldn’t have to choose between paying an energy bill and gassing up our car or feeding our families. Our Tennessee members won’t tolerate empowering Washington bureaucrats to make us pay more to get less.”
