Mary Beth Cirucci Brings Over a Decade of Organizational Acumen to Grassroots Group

HARRISBURG, PA—Today Americans for Prosperity welcomed its newest team member, Mary Beth Cirucci, who is taking on the role of Coalitions Director.

Cirucci brings a wealth of experience to AFP-PA. Prior to joining the commonwealth’s largest grassroots organization, she worked for Pennsylvania’s 54th Legislative District as a Constituent Services Representative. She brings over eight years of professional and volunteer experience on political campaigns for a variety of state races. She started her political career as a representative for Allegheny County as an appointed member of the Republican State Committee. In addition to taking on the challenge of organizing coalitions with AFP-PA, she is currently serving her second term on the Gateway School Board.

“I’m blown away by how effective and far-reaching AFP’s work is. I’m looking forward to building our partnerships around the Commonwealth to empower Pennsylvanians,” said Cirucci. “I’m honored and humbled to be joining such a great team and have the opportunity to further the interests of hard-working and under-represented individuals in Pennsylvania who rightly demand transparency and accountability from Harrisburg.”

Before starting her career in politics, Cirucci owned a small business, so she understands how entrepreneurs can be adversely impacted by overreach from the state government.

AFP-PA State Director Ashley Klingensmith welcomed Cirucci to the team and said, “We are so thrilled and thankful to welcome Mary Beth as AFP-PA’s new Coalitions Director. I’m confident with her background and experience that she will make it hard for Harrisburg to ignore their responsibilities to Pennsylvania voters.”
