Today, AFP-Indiana released a radio ad calling for Hoosiers to contact their legislators to urge them to vote no on Senate Bill 176, the Indianapolis Mass Transit bill. This bill contains provisions that could result in up to $125 million in new taxes on individual Hoosiers, and job creators.
In the ad, AFP-Indiana State Director Chase Downham claims, “this year we are faced with legislation that seems to be a tax increase in search of a mass transit plan.”
Additionally, AFP-Indiana continues to be the leader in opposing new mass transit tax increases. In case you missed it, be sure to check out the coverage on this issue here, and here.
