AFP-IN Praises House Republican’s Budget, Renews Call to Adopt Universal Education Savings Accounts

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Americans for Prosperity-Indiana (AFP-IN) today applauds Republican leadership in the Indiana House of Representatives for introducing a balanced budget that would expand school choice and accelerate income tax cuts.

AFP-IN State Director Josh Webb issued the following statement:

“AFP-IN applauds House Republicans for proposing a budget that puts Hoosiers first. Not only does their proposal prioritize hardworking taxpayers by implementing long overdue income tax rate cuts, but they have taken major steps toward empowering families by expanding the state’s school choice program.

“Their efforts put Indiana on a promising path toward greater opportunity. Now, we’re calling on the Indiana General Assembly to continue working toward universal education savings accounts for all Hoosier students this session.”
