Wisconsin “proving” value of controlling taxes and spending, says director Fladeboe.

MADISON — Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin, the state’s foremost grassroots advocate for economic freedom, applauds the Joint Finance Committee for voting in favor of advancing the Blueprint for Prosperity plan.

AFP-Wisconsin State Director David Fladeboe released the following statement:

“We are happy to see that the Assembly, Senate and Governor’s Office came to an agreement to move the Blueprint for Prosperity forward.  Passage by the Joint Finance Committee is a vital step in approving these tax cuts.  This tax cut package is a key component for continued economic success in Wisconsin.  Our actions are proving to the rest of the country how tax cuts and controlled spending can improve people’s lives and their standard of living.

“I am urging both the Senate and Assembly to take quick action to approve the bill as passed by the Joint Finance Committee today.  The sooner this package is signed into the law, the sooner we can continue on the path to prosperity.”
