Taxpayers Vindicated: Act 10 upheld

Seventh circuit court upholds Act 10 in its entirety 

Madison… Following news that the Seventh Circuit Court upheld Act 10 Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin State Director Luke Hilgemann released the following statement.

“It’s Working, simple as that.  Act 10 has been an unmitigated success for Wisconsin and today it stood up against another court challenge.  For the second time since it was signed into law, a court ruled it constitutional.

“While Washington is arguing about how much to raise the debt ceiling, Wisconsin is showing the rest of the nation what responsible budgeting looks like.  The opposition can throw fits and rely on activist judges in Madison to advance their agenda but Wisconsin can see that this is good policy and it has put us on the path to prosperity.”
