WHAT:  Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin will be holding a news conference detailing President Obama’s failing agenda ahead of the president’s visit to Madison Thursday afternoon. AFP National President Tim Phillips and the “Obama’s Failing Agenda” national bus tour will be on hand.
