Hundreds Rally Against Milwaukee Streetcar

September 19, 2012

Last night over 300 Milwaukee citizens joined together to fight back against the wasteful Milwaukee Streetcar Project that the Common Council continues to push despite massive public opposition.

This project would cost Milwaukee citizens at least $120 million, forcing them to pay for it either with their tax bill or utility bill.

Thank you for all who came out, we are making a difference!

Check out local news coverage here.

You can also take action by signing our petition today to tell Mayor Barrett and the Milwaukee Common Council that you want the project stopped and a binding referendum on the ballot before any more money is wasted on this project.
