Sends Message to Tammy Baldwin: Stop the Wasteful Spending

MADISON – Today Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin announced a $1 million TV ad airing in the Milwaukee, Green Bay, Madison, La Crosse, Wausau, Minneapolis-St Paul and Duluth-Superior markets educating Wisconsinites and sending a clear message to Tammy Baldwin: Stop the Wasteful Spending.

“Wisconsin is a leading example of the prosperity that results when government makes tough choices and starts spending smarter and more efficiently,” said Luke Hilgemann, AFP-Wisconsin State Director. “Despite this, our leaders in Washington such as Tammy Baldwin continue to run up unsustainable levels of spending and debt.”

“By doing so, Tammy Baldwin is knowingly passing to future generations the bill for our irresponsibility today, and condemning them to an inferior standard of living.  It’s time Washington tighten its belt just like Wisconsin has, just like families across this country do every month.”
