AFP-Wisconsin Reacts to State of the Union Address
MADISON — Americans for Prosperity-Wisconsin Director David Fladeboe released the following statement in response to President Obama’s State of the Union address:
“Tonight we had more excuses for the failures of the federal government. Here in Wisconsin, we have budget surpluses, tax cuts and economic recovery while Washington, DC continues with the same broken model.
“It’s ironic that the President will be traveling to Wisconsin on Thursday to sell his failed policies. Here in the Badger State, we are enjoying the success of leadership that makes tough decisions and puts us on a path to prosperity. I hope the President will learn a couple lessons on his trip here.”
