State Legislators stay up all night and we finally have a budget!

Finally, after pulling an all nighter like high school kids getting their paper done – We have a budget in Washington State. It isnt perfect. But it is a budget we can live with. Education is fully funded and here is this report from State Senator Joe Fain: ‘I know there were a lot of detractors when a bipartisan coalition of Senators took control of the budget process over a month ago. But this morning’s display of cooperation and bipartisanship that puts our state on a more stable financial footing was a goal worth fighting for.’
