What Happened?
“How could this happen – what does this tax increase mean for my family?” I’ve heard that question over and over again when talking with activists about Virginia’s recently-passed $6 billion (and change) tax increase. Many people are curious about what will happen next.
At AFP-VA, we are busy putting together a series of town halls to brief you on what took place during this past General Assembly Session.
These town halls are scheduled to begin Monday, March 11th, but you can review the full list below. Come hear from State Delegates, AFP-VA staff and other local activists about the effects of what has taken place during this past General Assembly Session.
You’ll hear from local entrepreneurs and at some of the townhalls you can meet Delegate Ben Cline (R-Rockbridge), one of only two Delegates who spoke out on the House Floor against the massive tax hike that was passed.
